My entrepreneurial journey began at the tender age of five on Long Island, The Bahamas, where I gained early exposure to business through my family's ventures, Harbor Grocery (Grocery & Hardware Store) and Major's Petroleum (Gas Station). These experiences instilled in me the values of discipline, leadership, financial responsibility, and service.

I went on to build a successful 16-year career in banking, progressing from an entry-level position to management roles in Human Resources and Merchant Services. Among my notable achievements was leading a departmental transformation that resulted in a 120.6% increase in revenue in less than two years.

In August 2025, I was sought after to serve as Dual Human Resources Manager for two reputable and historic hotels in Nassau—British Colonial Nassau and Margaritaville Beach Resort—supporting a combined workforce of over 800 employees. This opportunity broadened my expertise in hospitality operations, organizational leadership, workforce development, and business management.

Beyond my corporate career, I am an entrepreneur with firsthand experience in building and managing businesses. I am the proud owner of AirMail It Courier Services, a Nassau-based courier company I established in 2017 and have operated for over eight years. I also own two income-generating properties, including one on Long Island, The Bahamas, further expanding my entrepreneurial experience into property investment and hospitality.

My academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, both from the University of The Bahamas.

These experiences have equipped me with practical knowledge of business development, financial management, operational efficiency, and the perseverance required to transform entrepreneurial ideas into sustainable ventures.

One of my greatest joys is witnessing people, especially young people, discover their potential, develop their abilities, and pursue their dreams of business ownership.

As a member of the Business Money Women (BMW) Success Club, led by my mentor, Dr. Melisa Hall, I have experienced firsthand the transformative power of mentorship, accountability, and personal development.

My commitment to education and leadership is further reflected in my service on the University of The Bahamas Programme Advisory Committee, where I was subsequently appointed Sub-Committee Lead for the Management degree programme.

These experiences, coupled with my passion for youth empowerment, inspired the establishment of Paradigm Shifters Young Entrepreneurs International Organization (PSYEIO) in San Antonio, Texas.

My vision is to bridge the gap between entrepreneurial ambition and execution by equipping young people with practical business knowledge, mentorship, leadership skills, and opportunities to innovate, create, and pursue business ownership.

Faith remains the foundation of my journey. Following my 39th birthday, I was appointed Minister of Finance and Economic Empowerment at The Grace Center by my Pastor, Pastor Cedric Hall.

This appointment was a profound confirmation of what I believe to be my Kingdom assignment on earth—empowering individuals through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, responsible stewardship, and economic opportunity.

For me, Paradigm Shifters is more than an organization; it is a purpose-driven mission to transform lives, cultivate leaders, and build generational legacies.

From my humble beginnings in The Bahamas to establishing Paradigm Shifters in San Antonio, Texas, I remain an island girl with a global vision, a heart for people, and an unwavering commitment to empowering the next generation.
