Meet Our Founder

Nairoshee Roanne Roberts, MBA

Founder & Director | Paradigm Shifters Young Entrepreneurs International Organization

From her first lessons in business at age five on Long Island, The Bahamas, to a 16-year career in banking and HR leadership and more than eight years running her own courier company, Nairoshee Roberts founded Paradigm Shifters to equip young people with practical business knowledge, mentorship and opportunities to innovate.

My greatest fulfillment will not be measured by the number of businesses I personally build, but by the number of lives I help transform, the entrepreneurs I help develop, and the generations I help empower.
